Our Service Process
Many of our landscape projects begin by gutting the existing landscape area. We then focus on bringing in topsoil, gravel, or other base materials and grading/compacting accordingly. At this point, we install brick, aluminum, plastic, or natural edging based on customer preference.
For softscape projects involving decorative stone, we roll out premium landscape fabric and cut it to cover the landscape bed areas. We do not utilize landscape fabric for softscape projects involving mulch.
Next, we lay out plants according to our design and use a torch or knife to cut holes in the fabric. We “rough up” the root balls of plants to avoid girdled roots and make sure to sink them in at the appropriate depth to ensure proper drainage. Next, we fill the landscape beds with mulch or rock accordingly.
Special attention is always paid to tidying up the project area before we leave, ensuring you can enjoy your newly improved yard as soon as we’re done. We also provide instructions on maintenance to ensure the longevity and health of your plants or landscape.

We assess the property, meet with you, and discuss the scope of work further. From here, we provide a ballpark quote. For larger projects, we need to create a landscape design first.
Landscape Installation Pricing
Most landscape projects typically range from $1,000 to $25,000. Generally, we provide a quote based on $150/hour + material. Time spent working on a design is also included in the estimate. We often give a price range to provide a buffer for unexpected setbacks to the project schedule. If we identify any changes to the project scope, we promptly notify the customer so we can adjust the price accordingly.
