I liked that what needed to be done was discussed before the job started. I have trees and flower gardens that needed to be trimmed around and steep ditches that needed cutting. That along with the lawn itself was a lot to do. I enjoy my yard and I want it to look beautiful. This was no problem with the excellence of a job well done. Nick could not have done a better job–helpful, careful, and a beautiful yard when finished.

It is a job that they can complete very fast & efficient, but it would take me days and many hours. It is worth it to me to hire out for this service. I like working with a local company.

Great experience with Jim! I reached out to Jim with a yard in disarray – Jim heard me out on my concerns, listened to what my goals were (leveling, soil improvement, overseeding), and was up front about what he could & couldn’t do. He was able to get someone out to spray for weeds, and provided great advice for me on steps to take for the DIY portion of work I had planned on my lawn. After his team applied the weed killer, I continued with my project and the results were great! While it’s still a work in progress, I’m happy with how things turned out, and I’m extra thankful that he was still willing to provide advice even if he wasn’t getting paid for it. I highly recommend Jim and his team for anyone needing honest lawn care service!

Had our lawn edged by the amazing staff of Jim’s Property Maintenance. Nobody likes to do the job of edging their lawn as it is a back breaking, exhausting output of energy. Not only did they do an incredible and professional job of edging the lawn but my husband mentioned that we had dug out a rotted stump by the fence in our alley and he was afraid someone might step into the hole and hurt themselves so if they wanted to dump some of the dirt from the edging in the hole it would be wonderful. They took the time to do just that and level it off to boot. Honestly, our interactions with this great crew of workers has been nothing short of phenomenal. They always do a top notch professional job, show up on time, and clean up when done. When we need yard work done we never look further than Jim’s Property Maintenance.
